Do you offer custom packages?
Can I expect quality content at these prices?
These packages are designed to be affordable, but that doesn’t mean compromising on quality. You’ll get thoughtful, consistent support without the agency overheads. That said, we don’t provide custom graphic design or advanced photo/video editing.
Why does the cost of a professional content shoot vary?
It depends on your content plan and the rates of the photographer or videographer we work with. We always try to find a setup that matches your needs and budget.
Do you offer discounts for long-term commitment?

How involved do I need to be?
At the start, we’ll need input to understand your business, goals and tone of voice. After that, we’ll handle the planning, content creation, and scheduling. You’ll approve content before it’s posted, and if you choose the Nectar or Royal Jelly package, your presence may be needed during content shoots.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
We understand the uncertainties of running a small business, so after the first trial month, you can choose to stop. Even if you decide to continue to the full-price packages after the trial, there’s no minimum commitment period.
However, please understand that your social media goals might not be achieved within a short period of 1 or 2 months.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results halfway through?
Can I get a refund of the money I paid?
The first trial month is prepaid and non-refundable.
For subsequent months, partial refunds may be available depending on how much work has already been done. The services may also be terminated by us if necessary, in which case a refund will be provided (full or partial, depending on the situation).
