Terms of Service

Welcome to Bee&Buzz Social Studio. By signing up for our social media management services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to all social media management packages provided by Bee&Buzz Social Studio.

2. Payments

  • Payment methods: Credit/debit card and local bank transfer/PayNow.
  • For the first trial month (50% discount), full payment is required in advance and is non-refundable, unless the trial is terminated by Bee&Buzz Social Studio. In such cases, a full or pro-rated refund will be provided depending on the work already completed.
    From the second month onwards, services are offered on a monthly basis. Payment can be made through:

– Credit/debit card
– Local bank transfer/PayNow

  • An invoice will be sent 7 days before the current content cycle ends, and payment must be made by the invoice due date to begin the next cycle.
  • Any fees associated with making the payment (e.g., bank transfer or credit card fees) are to be borne by the client and must not be deducted from the invoiced amount.
  • Refunds for subsequent months (after the trial) may be provided on a pro-rated, case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.
 
 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Make timely payments for each new content cycle. Work will not proceed if payment has not been received by the due date.
  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to create content.
  • Grant necessary account access for management and scheduling.
  • Supply materials (such as photos/videos) when required.
  • Review and approve content before publishing.
 
 

Clients on the Pollen (Starter) Package

  • For clients on the Pollen (Starter) package, content creation largely relies on media (photos, videos, or other materials) provided by the client. These must be provided by the indicated deadline.
  • If the required media is not provided on time, Bee&Buzz Social Studio may be unable to create or schedule the planned content for that cycle, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
 
 

4. Termination of Services

  • Termination by client:
    – No obligation to continue after the first-month trial.
    – For ongoing packages, clients may cancel with 2 weeks’ written notice.
  • Termination by Bee&Buzz Social Studio:
    Services may be ended if:
    – Payments are not made on time
    – The client engages in inappropriate or illegal activities
    – Accurate or required information is withheld
    – The client expands their team
    – Or if, for any reason, Bee&Buzz Social Studio is unable to continue providing services. In such cases, a 2 week’s notice will be provided, and a refund may be issued (full or pro-rated, depending on the situation).
 
 

5. Content Ownership & Use

  • Ownership of all created content is transferred to the client once full payment for that content cycle is received.
  • If payment is not made by the invoice due date, ownership of the content remains with Bee&Buzz Social Studio.
  • With the client’s consent, Bee&Buzz Social Studio may use samples of the content for publicity (e.g., portfolio, website, or social media).
 
 

6. Limitations of Service

  • Bee&Buzz Social Studio does not guarantee specific results (such as a fixed number of followers, likes, or sales).
  • The focus is on consistent, clear, and aligned social media support to help grow your social media presence over time.

 

7. Updates to Terms of Services

We may update our terms of services from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore.
